Staff dashboard

The slideshow across the top of the homepage. Use wide images (16:9, like 1920 × 1080). Each slide gets its own title, a short line, and an optional button. Turn a slide off to hide it without deleting. Uncheck the default banner to show only your slides. If no slides are on, the homepage always falls back to the default banner.

The Now showing list on the homepage. Times are Eastern. Shows drop off 3 hours after they start. Paste a theater invite link so the button says "Take your seat"; leave it blank and people get a Reserve form.

Seat reservations

People who tapped Reserve a seat on your showings (the ones without a theater link). Send them the link before showtime.

From members & Box Office

Screenings people scheduled themselves and chose to show in Now showing. They appear on the homepage automatically. Hide any you don't want there (takes effect right away, no publish needed).

Films featured in the Spotlight section on the homepage, in this order. Add a poster, a trailer (YouTube or Vimeo plays right on the page) and a Watch link.

Festival nights

Each night shows on the homepage festival schedule and in Now showing. Paste the night's theater link when the room is ready: pass holders see it on their pass page.

Tickets

Ticket types people can buy on the homepage. Payments go to your Stripe account. Price $0 makes a free RSVP. Leave quantity at 0 for no limit.
